You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (due to our error).

Non-returnable items​ (due to their nature or customization) include:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, downloadable content).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance/clearance-priced products).

2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for the return.

    • Photos or a brief description of the issue (especially for damaged/defective items).

  2. Await Instructions:​ We will respond within 1–2 business days​ with further instructions and a return address if applicable.

  3. Ship the Item:​ Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any relevant documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days​ after approval. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations & Fees

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Shipping fees (for the original shipment) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
