The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (due to our error).
Non-returnable items (due to their nature or customization) include:
Digital products (e.g., software, downloadable content).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance/clearance-priced products).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Photos or a brief description of the issue (especially for damaged/defective items).
Await Instructions: We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions and a return address if applicable.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any relevant documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations & Fees
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Shipping fees (for the original shipment) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
