Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders submitted on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-order or custom items will have specific processing timelines noted on their product pages.
3. Shipping Destinations & Methods
Primary Service Area: Contiguous United States.
International Shipping: Available upon request (contact
support@stylum.buzzfor quotes and eligibility).Carriers: I partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on destination, package size, and cost efficiency.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Options: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are beyond my control but will be communicated proactively.
5. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S.
Orders below $50 incur a calculated shipping fee (displayed at checkout).
International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and carrier.
6. International Shipping & Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the order total and are assessed by the destination country.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. I recommend checking local regulations before ordering.
7. Returns & Exchanges Shipping Responsibilities
My Error (e.g., defective/incorrect item): I cover return shipping fees and send a replacement.
Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
8. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered.” I am not liable for theft, damage, or loss after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
9. Prohibited Items
I comply with U.S. and international regulations regarding restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials). Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders comply with local laws.
